The objective of this policy is to guarantee the continuous operation of critical business processes in the event of a disaster. The BCP Policy outlines Cologne Internationals's objectives, principles, and approach to Business Continuity Planning, including delivery, key roles, responsibilities, governance, and reporting mechanisms. This policy establishes a minimum standard that guides the scope, activities, roles and responsibilities, ownership, and review mechanism that are essential components of the BCP capability design and implementation.

Scope

The BCP policy encompasses all of Cologne Internationals's business units, including Operations, Infrastructure Services, HR, Group IT, Finance, and Quality.

Objective
